Last year I purchased a condominium in the Coachella Valley that had been used as a short-term rental. The condominium complex surrounds a Hilton property and shares the parking lot. The property is adjacent to the golf course at the La Quinta Resort and offers views of the Santa Rosa mountains. Given the proximity to the Coachella Music and Arts festival, the unit rented for $400 – 800 per night.
