The nearest pool and jacuzzi is just around the corner of the building (just far enough to not hear pool noise). Additionally enjoy the tennis courts, pickleball court, putting green, and shuffle board. Your dogs will love all the lawn and you will appreciate the shade. There are washers and dryers available on the other side of the pool.

Ride your bike to downtown PS to enjoy all it has to offer or hop in your car and you are 20 minutes from the Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon. There are unique businesses in the area within walking distance including Brown’s BBQ and Soul Food.
Desert Healthcare (Wellness) Park is a five-acre Wellness Park located at the corner of Via Miraleste and Tachevah Road (within 3 miles from the Villa).
Want to walk-hike-bike something VERY challenging and in nature? Ride your bike 4.2 miles from the Villa up Tram Way to the Visitor Station. Of course from there you are at the base of the San Jacinto Wilderness.
